MyBarkley a dog store focused on selling quality products for big dog breeds such as Huskies, German Shepards, Dobermans, Boxers and etc. The bigger your dog is the harder it can be to find something that can fit or be used by them, that’s why we exist to make sure that big dogs always have somewhere to go when they need or want something. We are an extremely small company that plans on continuing to grow so that our quality, care, and understanding of you our customer, and your beautifully big dog. This will be a long journey as we start to make MyBarkley the best big store in the world.

We only sell products made for your big dogs as we know shopping for things in larger sizes no matter if its human or animal its really tough to find products in larger sizes, and that's why we were made to help big dog owner to have a place to where they can always come to shop to find products for there big dog that they are both bound to fall in love with.


Our goals include providing you and your big dog with excellent service, exclusive products that you will only receive at MyBarkley including bed, brushes, collars and etc. Another goal is to provide handcrafted custom products so that you yourself can make your big dog a custom one-of-a-kind item. Also, Some products will not be shipped immediately as they must first be manufactured and then they will be shipped to you. As well as these are the general times you may receive your product sooner or a little bit later than it says on the shipping also. once we give our product to the mail services such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS and ETC. your product is out of our control the only thing we can do then is check the tracking number.

Q. How are you going to improve shipping time and what is the current method?

A. Right now we are shipping you the product fresh from the factory however some of these factories are located on the other side of the world. Which is why certain items could take up to 40 days for you receive them. We plan on opening warehouses all over the U.S. so that then instead of having to potentially wait months, you only have to wait a few days days.


Q. How do your refunds work?

A. You'll be eligible for refunds within 60 days of the initial purchase of the item. you may learn more by looking through our refund policy


Q. Do you plan to expand the store collection and catalog?

A. Yes, of course we plan to expand My Barkley. And the best way to make sure that you know when we expand our collection and catalog is to sign up to our newsletter.


Q.  Can I swap colors of items that I bought on MyBarkley?

A. As long as the item is still in good condition we do not mind switching your colors however. You will have to ship us and have us receive the item you want to replace before we send you your replacement. 


Q. Will I be able to track my shipment?

A. Of course you will and if you cannot then there most likely was an error on our part. And well do are best to fix it so that you may be able to track your order


Q. How do you prevent COVID from spreading?

A. We are working closely with our manufactures in making sure all of the necessary precautions are taken to minimize risk to our customers.
