A. We plan to use various shipping methods such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and other shipping companies so that you may receive your product.

Q. How are you going to improve shipping time and what is the current method?
A. Right now we are shipping you the product fresh from the factory however some of these factories are located on the other side of the world. Which is why certain items could take up to 40 days for you receive them. We plan on opening warehouses all over the U.S. so that then instead of having to potentially wait months, you only have to wait a few days days.
Q. How do your refunds work?
A. You'll be eligible for refunds within 60 days of the initial purchase of the item. you may learn more by looking through our refund policy
Q. Do you plan to expand the store collection and catalog?
A. Yes, of course we plan to expand My Barkley. And the best way to make sure that you know when we expand our collection and catalog is to sign up to our newsletter.
Q. Can I swap colors of items that I bought on MyBarkley?
A. As long as the item is still in good condition we do not mind switching your colors however. You will have to ship us and have us receive the item you want to replace before we send you your replacement.
Q. Will I be able to track my shipment?
A. Of course you will and if you cannot then there most likely was an error on our part. And well do are best to fix it so that you may be able to track your order
Q. How do you prevent COVID from spreading?
A. We are working closely with our manufactures in making sure all of the necessary precautions are taken to minimize risk to our customers.
